Custom print finality
Once a gallery mug is paid or a custom artifact is approved and submitted, the mug is made to order. Preference changes, prompt regret, or alternate generated images are not treated as return reasons after submission.

Coffee Mug GPT prints approved artifacts on demand. That makes the purchase lightweight, but it also means each mug is produced for a specific order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a mug arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the approved design, collect the order ID, delivery email, photos, and packaging details so the issue can be reviewed with Printful.
Duplicate protection
The fulfillment ledger uses deterministic IDs for gallery and custom orders. Retrying the webhook, checkout claim, or custom order endpoint should recover the same order instead of creating a second mug.
Refund path
Stripe is the payment system of record. Any approved refund should be issued from Stripe after the fulfillment record and Printful status have been checked.
