Prices and order details are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment when the buyer completes checkout. An order is accepted after payment succeeds and the fulfillment request is recorded.

These terms cover purchases, generated artwork, and made-to-order fulfillment through Coffee Mug GPT. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Generated artwork
Buyers are responsible for the prompts and artwork they approve. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, or content that violates another person's rights.
Production and delivery
Products are printed and shipped by a fulfillment partner. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees, and an order may be delayed by carrier, inventory, address, or review issues outside Coffee Mug GPT's direct control.
Returns and refunds
Custom products are made to order. Eligibility for a replacement or refund is governed by the Returns policy, including its requirements for damaged, misprinted, or materially incorrect items.
Service availability
The studio, generation tools, and checkout may change or be unavailable from time to time. Coffee Mug GPT may reject or cancel orders that cannot be produced safely, lawfully, or as described, with an appropriate refund when payment has already been collected.
